Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026

GetFamous.AI is operated by Nováre Digital Corp. (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details you provide (company name, contact name, email, website URL); content and configuration you enter into the platform (keywords, brand-voice settings, articles); usage and log data (IP address, timestamps, actions) kept for security and abuse prevention; and, when you connect them, data from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, used solely to operate your dashboards, reports, and content automation.

If you use a form without opening an account

You do not need an account to run the free site audit, apply to the partner program, or send a message. When you use one of those forms we keep what you enter, so that we can reply and so that we have a record of the request:

  • Free site audit — the website address you submit, the scores and findings we produced for it, and the name, email address, and phone number you provide. We email you the report and notify our team. The address you submit is fetched by us so it can be analyzed.
  • Partner application — the business and contact details you enter on the application form.
  • Contact form — your message and the contact details you give us.

With each of these we also record the IP address and browser identifier the submission came from, to catch automated abuse. We use this information to respond to you and to follow up about our services. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time through the contact form.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your private business data to serve ads. We do not train public AI models on your content.

Service providers

We use vetted processors to run the service: cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe — we never store card numbers), and AI model providers that process article-generation requests. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Cookies

The platform uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions. The marketing site uses no advertising trackers.

Social accounts you connect

If you ask us to publish to your social accounts, you authorize us on that network’s own sign-in screen. We never ask for, receive, or store your username or password. What we store is the access token the network issues afterwards, encrypted, together with the name and identifier of the Page, Company Page, or business location you chose, so we know where to post.

  • Facebook Pages — we request only the permissions needed to list the Pages you administer and publish a post to the one you pick (pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement). We do not read your personal profile, your friends, your messages, or anyone else’s content.
  • LinkedIn — we request only what is needed to post as a Company Page you administer.
  • Google Business Profile — we request only what is needed to publish a post to the business location you pick.

We use this access for one purpose: publishing the posts written for you, on the schedule and approval policy you chose. We do not sell it, advertise with it, or use it to build a profile of you. You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the stored token immediately, and posting stops.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. Use the contact form to request export or deletion; we honor verified requests within 30 days.

Deleting the data from a connected social account. Three ways, all of which delete the stored token straight away:

  • Disconnect the account inside your dashboard.
  • Remove our app from your account on the network itself — for Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. The network tells us, and we delete what we hold for you.
  • Ask through the contact form.

When a deletion is requested through Facebook you are given a confirmation code, and what happened to that request can be checked at any time at seo.novaredigital.com/public/meta/data-deletion-status. Posts that were already published sit on your own Page and belong to you — they stay there unless you delete them, because they are yours and not ours to remove.
