Terms of Service

The service

GetFamous.AI (the “Service”), operated by Nováre Digital Corp., generates, optimizes, publishes, and measures search-engine and AI-search content for your website under your configuration and, where you enable it, your per-article approval.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the rights to any website you connect.

Content

You own the articles the Service produces for your account. You are responsible for reviewing published content; AI-generated text can contain errors, and the Service provides review workflows for that purpose. You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until canceled. There is no free trial — an account produces and publishes content once a plan is active. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period is not refunded except under the 90-day results guarantee below or where a refund is required by law.

90-day results guarantee

If we have not moved your numbers within 90 days of your plan starting, ask us and we will refund you. You do not have to prove anything or complete a form — asking is enough.

“Your numbers” means the impressions, clicks, and tracked keyword positions reported by Google Search Console for your site, compared with the baseline recorded when your plan started. So that the work can actually be measured and delivered, the guarantee assumes that you connected Search Console at the start, that you approved articles so they could publish, and that your website stayed reachable to us. Requests are made through the contact form.

No guarantees of ranking

Search engines and AI engines are third parties we do not control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or traffic outcomes. The guarantee above is a refund commitment, not a promise of any particular position or result.

Estimates and projections

Any projection we show you — including the figure in the free site audit — is an estimate calculated from results measured across live customer sites, presented as a range. It is not a promise, a forecast for your specific site, or a term of this agreement.

Partner and reseller accounts

Agencies and resellers may apply to our partner program. Partner pricing, white-label rights, minimum account commitments, and permitted resale terms are set out in a separate written partner agreement; nothing on this site or in these terms creates a partner relationship or entitles anyone to partner pricing until that agreement is signed by both parties.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
